Jared Martinson

Content Specialist

Jared — known as Marty around the office — is a Maple Grove, MN native and a 2020 graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he majored in journalism and spent two years on the Royals basketball team.

Before joining Prep Network full-time, Jared was a five-year contributor to Northstar Hoops and a sportswriter in the local newspaper industry. He most recently worked at his alma mater Maple Grove High School, where he continues his role of assistant varsity football coach and head JV basketball coach.
