Minneapolis, MN, June 7, 2022 – Prep Network was announced as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. To view the announcement, visit https://bizj.us/1qfhwz

With unemployment rates at historic lows across the country, and the challenge to attract and retain top talent a struggle for many companies, it’s more important than ever to create an engaging, inclusive workplace.

This year, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has identified 70 employers in the region that are doing just that.

Our 24th annual Best Places to Work awards is the longest-running awards program recognizing great workplaces. The honorees are listed alphabetically now, but will be ranked by their score in our Aug. 12 Best Places to Work publication.

To determine our honorees, we sought nominations from companies in the Twin Cities region. Our research partner, Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, then distributed surveys to all Minnesota-based employees of those nominated companies, asking participants to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication and more. Quantum tabulated the scores from those confidential surveys to identify our 70 honorees.
