Minneapolis — Prep Network announced this week that Brandon Chang has been hired in the role of Customer Success Manager. In this role, Brandon will manage all inbound customer inquiries across Prep Network’s 130 websites. His commitment to creating a smooth experience to reach desired outcomes for Prep Network clients is a valuable asset to the Customer Success Team. He replaces Taylor Borgerding in that role as Taylor has moved over to the Event Communications Team.
“We are excited to add Brandon to the team and I look forward to watching him excel doing something he is passionate about,” Prep Network CEO Jake Phillips said.
Brandon graduated from Bellevue University, majoring in Hospitality Management. He’s built an impressive career with experience as a dedicated service professional, managing various restaurants, hotels, and nutrition programs in healthcare.
“Brandon’s background in hospitality makes him an ideal candidate to thrive in this role and give all Prep Network customers a better experience in the process,” Phillips added
In his free time, Brandon enjoys going down to the range for some archery, cooking new recipes/eating, and traveling. Also coaches for the Special Olympics when not in the office. He spends the better part of his days with his wife Stacy and his two dogs Ein and Etta.
