Duvalier Johnson joins Prep Network as Content Specialist

Minneapolis — Prep Network announced the addition of Duvalier Johnson in the role of Content Specialist this week. Through research, consumer trends, and working alongside Jared Nelson, Anthony Garcia,  and scouts across the company, he will help develop content strategies that enrich the brand and provide value to prospects, families, and coaches across the country.

“In a few short years, Duvalier has emerged as one of the most reliable and consistent scouts for us across all of our 115 websites,” Editor in Chief Jared Nelson said. “He’s developed a keen understanding of what makes a good site and has proven to be an effective communicator. I’m eager for him to be able to share his insights with scouts throughout the country.”

Duvalier Johnson is a Park Hill, Colorado native and has been a part of Prep Hoops since 2018, quickly becoming a staple in the Colorado basketball scene. He attended George Washington University from 2006-2009, before receiving his degree in Broadcasting and Telecommunications from the University of Northern Colorado in 2010.

Since then, he has covered the Denver Nuggets and the University of Colorado for Mile High Sports and DNVR Sports. He’s published over 800 articles in the past three years.

“Duvalier’s track record on the site speaks for itself,” Nelson added. “We’re excited about adding an excellent culture-fit to the team — one that is passionate about prospects and enthusiastic about building something great.”
