The Prep Hoops Events team received a boost this week with the addition of Jake Perper to the team in a full-time capacity as the Southeast Scouting Director.
Perper has been the senior contributor in Florida for the past four years, building a strong base of subscribers and going the extra mile to help promote company events.
“It’s been clear that Jake is someone that cares deeply about the strength of the brand in Florida,” Editor in Chief Jared Nelson said. “We’re excited to see that enthusiasm and passion applied in his expanded role on our events team, too.”
In his new role, Perper will help establish relationships with club programs throughout the Passion Region of the Prep Hoops Circuit, promoting the first-class event experience and coverage. He will maintain his position as the senior contributor for Prep Hoops Florida, too.

With our recent expansion of the Prep Hoops Circuit to the region Jake was the obvious choice to lead our coverage.”
