This summer, he was offered a full-time position focused primarily on the growth and expansion of Prep Dig events throughout the country.

“Adam joined the team as an intern this May, and immediately made an impact preparing and executing our first-ever volleyball event in June,” Prep Network CEO Jake Phillips said. “His experience operating volleyball events and willingness to learn will be a huge asset to our team.”

Baltz graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a degree in Sports Management. While in La Crosse, Baltz was a standout performer for the Men’s Club Volleyball team, where he cultivated his passion for the sport his desire to work in athletics was born.

In his new role, Baltz will touch nearly all aspects of Prep Dig tournaments and showcases – leading staffing efforts, booking facilities, marketing events to teams and much more.

“Our Prep Dig event footprint will grow substantially the next year and Adam will play an integral role in making it happen,” Phillips added.
