Prep Network announced this week that MiDian Holmes has been hired as the Customer Experience Manager.
Holmes will interface online with Prep Network subscribers and at events with teams and coaches to ensure a quality experience. In addition, she’ll help manage Prep Network’s 100+ contributors throughout the country.
MiDian began navigating the basketball scene in the simplest form…as a team mom. Through the power of networking and active engagement, MiDian forged business partnerships with scouts, coaches, directors and event facilitators and discovered a true passion in helping to create a platform that fosters student-athlete success. She had tremendous success as an executive team member with West Coast Elite Basketball, helping to enhance that brand on a national and international scale.
With her perspective as a parent, her polished pedigree in communications, customer service and operations/logistics, MiDian is thrilled to bring her skill set to the Prep Network team. She has a proven record of success and is devoted to creating an unforgettable and unmatched customer experience for players, coaches, families and scouts that choose the Prep Network platform.
